GenTwo Pro UI

GenTwo, a Swiss fintech founded in 2018, enables banks and asset managers to quickly turn any asset into a bankable product. Its platforms, GenTwo Pro and GenTwo Pro for Banks, support over 300 clients in creating digital and traditional asset products, totaling $5 billion. With recent expansion to the UK, GenTwo aims for a U.S. launch in 2025.

Context

Talking to users is one of my favorite parts of the design process. It’s where I get to hear their stories, understand their frustrations, and see firsthand what really matters to them. These conversations give me the clarity I need to design something that truly fits into their lives.

Overview

After the interviews, I dive into everything users shared—looking for patterns, surprises, and those little moments that spark ideas. Then, I take that feedback and use it to shape the next version of the design. The goal? To make something that not only works but feels like it was made just for them.

Challenge

The tricky part is finding the balance. Sometimes users want different things, or their feedback takes the design in a new direction. My job is to listen, prioritize, and make decisions that honor their needs while staying true to the bigger vision. It’s not always easy, but it’s where the best ideas come to life.
