Ofroje is a digital marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers through a seamless platform for listing and discovering products. The platform empowers individuals and businesses to list items with ease while providing a smooth, user-friendly experience for browsing and purchasing.

Challenge

In Albania, there was no centralized platform providing easy access to a wide variety of product listings, from vehicles and electronics to real estate and personal items. Users struggled to find specific items efficiently, as existing platforms lacked effective filtering options and category diversity, leading to a time-consuming browsing experience.

Sitemap

The user journey and sitemap were carefully designed to prioritize ease of navigation and streamline the buying and selling process. The journey was mapped to ensure a smooth transition from browsing to purchasing or listing products, reducing friction and enhancing user engagement.
